[0.18.33][kovarex] "Unknown" hotkey for mouse button

When updating from Factorio 0.18.32 to 0.18.33 it breaks one of my mouse button hotkeys. My custom hotkey for "Make new deconstruction planner" was Alt+D (default) and Mouse button 4 (custom). After updating to 0.18.33 it says in red text "Unknown" where Mouse button 4 should be and the hotkey no longer works when in game.

If I try to assign other more normal hotkeys it seems to work fine, just the mouse button one is messed up. I am able to change the hotkey from Unknown to Mouse button 4, but it'll revert back to Unknown after every game reboot. Downgrading from 0.18.33 to 0.18.32 fixes the issue.

I am also having the same problem, with Mouse Button 4, but I assign it to "Toggle World Map" using the right column.

I can re-assign through the GUI as usual and it works for that session, but restarting the game sets the value to a red "Unknown".
