[0.18.30] Number in combinator not updated

Hi,I discovered this bug:
When "putting" an item on a combinator number, the number doesn't update on the gui, but it is updated on the alt-info.
Happens on both inputs of the arthemetic combinator, and in the right input of the decider input.

to reproduce (have alt-info on):
1. place a combinator (not constant)
2. open the qui
3. select an entity using q
4. apply it as input signal on the right input of the combinator
5. the number stays on the gui, but the alt-info changes
6. after closing and opening the gui, the number changed to the entity icon
