[0.18.27] Follower robot count only appears while other notification is visible

If I have robots following me, I cannot see the number of followers at the bottom right of the HUD unless some other notification, such as "turrets engaging enemy" is also visible. To reproduce the bug, wait for biters to attack some turrets, then launch some robot followers. The count will appear, then disappear when the turrets go idle. If some turrets engage again while the robots are still active, the count will reappear along with the turrets notification.
