[0.18.24] Game crashes when placing a some item in the Blueprint lab

Dear developers,

with 0.18.24, I can quite reliably crash my game, when I'm using the Blueprint Lab from the Blueprint Lab mod (where I uploaded a 0.18 version myself), didn't happen with (some) earlier 0.18 versions, but can't tell exactly which one.

How to reproduce:
* I was not able to reproduce the crash in a new save game
* I was able to reproduce the crash with (active) mods stripped down to only Blueprint Lab mod and then doing this sequence:
* Start the save game Railworld2
* change to the Lab (button on top left)
* reset the lab (takes unusuallt long currently, was faster in the past)
* I place a blueprint (see below) for a new nuclear reactor design I want to finalize
* I edit the design. After placing some items, the game crashes. In the beginning on the first item placed, a heat exchanger or a water pump, but not 100% in cases. As far as I can remember it always was related to water-connecting items (heat exchanger and water pump)

Crash2 happened after I deleted the left part of the BP, the belt at the top, placed and deleted a few heat exchangers and pipes, created + copy/pasted a new design for 96 heat exchangers and then wanting to place a waterpump attached to one of the heat exchangers. For Crash 1, I don't recall what I did exactly.
