Train shedule panel doesn't show loading/unloading progress

If one of the wagons has loading slots limited to 0, then you cannot see loading/unloading progress in the train shedule panel (the green progress bar).

I made a small save to demonstrate this. In it are two trains. The bottom one shows no progress in the panel. The top one works correctly.
Version 0.18.22, but I'm pretty sure I noticed it in some earlier version too.
