Purely cosmetic one, but cosmetics are important, ask any Avon Lady.
I don't fully recall the tooltip behaviour from the 0.17 tooltips, but in my head, if a recipe didn't define ingredients or didn't have any results, it didn't show anything at all - I may be misremembering.
The new tooltips however still show the "Ingredients:" and "Products:" section in the tooltip, but then nothing is listed. It looks odd, like an error.
Could the whole section be omitted if there are no ingredients or no results?
Use cases: fluid voiding, gas venting, air scrubbers, energy-to-mass replicators etc.
