[Rseding91] [0.17.66] Flashing labels on Logistics Auto Trash menu

1. When clicking any item category heading in the Logistics Auto Trash picker screen, the label of the category flashes rapidly a few times before displaying normally again.
2. I clicked a category heading in the Logistics Auto Trash item picker screen.
3. I expected the label to display without flashing, the same way clicking on categories in the Crafting screen does (also demonstrated in video for comparison.)

This issue is repeatable consistently and the steps to reproduce are clearly visible in the below video.

I have a few QoL mods installed, listed in the log file.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
