[0.17.62] Smallest possible reproduction for missing accumulator-groups.count:

1. build two power poles so there is small supply overlap
2. disconnect power poles from each other
3. build accumulator in supply overlap (so it is shared with two networks)
4. remove accumulator
5. heavy-mode fails

Smallest possible reproduction for second case:

1. enter editor (somehow paused time helps with reproduction)
2. build two power poles so there is small supply overlap
3. disconnect power poles from each other
4. build first accumulator in range of first first power pole only
5. build second accumulator in range of both power poles (overlap)
6. heavy-mode fails

Thanks for the report. They're both fixed for the next version of 0.17.

Could you please check "acu-disco-1.zip" from fuzz testing (load, toggle heavy mode, wait some time)? There are still some diffs (order of <accumulator-group> when there are multiple of them)
