Crash before loading screen even displays

Hi, just trying to start the game on my wife's laptop after quite a while not using it on this computer and it will not even start. As in, the screen goes black to load the game, but I do not even see the "Factorio" splash screen before the error box pops up and the game closes. Latest version, Windows 10, tried a re-install, restarted computer, etc. Help! Here are the log files, (I think).

EDIT: Using the steam launch command --fullscreen=false has let me start the game. I'd still like to be able to play fullscreen though!

Thanks for taking the time to post the crash report.

Try to use launch command --dxgi-blit-model instead of turning off fullscreen.
Thank you for the information that it doesn't crash in windowed mode, I didn't know that.

Just a comment to say that the --dxgi-blit-model launch option did let it start today with version 0.17.63 (EDIT : It still would not start without this option, though) . I didn't play much, just started the game up, but it sure did run fullscreen and get to the main menu! Thank you!
