[0.17.49] Intersection rail chicanes don't form a single block

The left chicane intersection does not form a single block. The right one does, but has an additional connecting rail. From FFF #299 I understand there were some rail issues caused by a previous fix, perhaps this is one too? I'm assuming this was not by design.

On further exploration, it looks like everything is fine, as the trains cannot actually collide

I'm guessing this wasn't by design either
