[0.17.47] Unable to load game - Error RailSignalBase.cpp

First time playing after the last update (0.17.47)
whenever I want to open my relatively larger factory save file, the game crashes after "loading map" screen with the following log file. I have also added the dump file in case you might need it.
Other save files which don't have many entities are fine. But this one, my main base can not be loaded
