[Twinsen] [0.17.47] Tank can't reverse

Hi,

The tank vehicle in 0.17.47 cannot go from stationary to reversing from stopped, unless a direction is also used.
The vehicle makes engine noises, produces smoke, but will not reverse, unless you press A or D and then go in a straight line from there.

I have tried destroying and replacing the tank, this did not work.
This issue is not replicated in the car vehicle.

There are no mods in use in this save.
I have attached the save zip in case it cannot be replicated else where.
