Cancelling upgrade planner on underground belts - only cancels one end

When you use the upgrade planner on one end of an underground belt, it automatically also flags the other end for upgrade.

However, if you cancel the upgrade with SHIFT, it only cancels the end you select, and doesn't also cancel the other end.

Thanks for the report. That is currently working as intended: we decided during development that upgrading both ends was (almost) always what was wanted however when canceling it wasn't always what was wanted.

That might change in the future but for now that's what was decided when we made the feature.
