[Bilka] [0.17.31] Generator no pollution in tooltip

Since 0.17.29 changed (once again) the way pollution generation is defined on machines, I've spent most of the day calculating new pollution values and updating. I noticed an issue

My Oil burning generator entities (Modded steam engine that produces power directly from fluids with a fuel value) do not show how much pollution they generate in their tool-tip.
