[0.17.31] server-settings.example.json comma error at the end of file

There is a comma at the end of the /data/server-settings.example.json file
This won't allow the server to start.
Upon inspection of the headless tar downloaded straight from the website.
I also see that comma in /data/server-settings.example.json

I think I found a bug?

I am guessing that someone removed the admins section in the json because there is a seperated file for admins now and forgot to delete a comma.
