[0.17.23] No levels for artillery research shown

[0.17.23] No levels for artillery research shown

I loaded my 0.17.21 save into 0.17.23. The research menu does not show the current level and the indicator for infinite research for both artillery researches in the list of technologies; for all other researches the levels are shown.

I would have expected the current level and the indicator for infinite research to be shown as for the other researches.
