[0.17.20] Cursor hover window still presents in Esc menu

Reproduce:
  1. Open any save
  2. Move cursor over any object (machine, resource path, whatever)
  3. Press Esc button

Image is missing. He means the tooltip still stays attached to the cursor when pressing esc.
