[0.17.18] Toolbar buttons stay "pressed down"

[Future_Planet]

After clicking on a button in the toolbar to set a filter, it becomes pressed down (yellow), and stays that way until leaving and reloading. This does not happen when putting items in there directly (blueprints and the miner in the picture)

Edit: it can be cleared by swapping out the hotbar and swapping it back in
