[0.17.17] When removing an assember or kovarex-centrifuge, input items for in-progress work are not returned.

What did you do?

I removed a centrifuge running the Kovarex Process while it was in the middle of it.

What happened?

The centrifuge was removed. I did not get my input U-235 or U-238 back.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Like when cancelling hand-crafting, I would expect that when a production building is removed and the production cancelled, I get the input materials back.

I tested this on 0.17.17 with four combinations:

• Centrifuge Kovarex and mining the building by hand,
• Centrifuge Kovarex and deconstructing the building with bots,
• Assembler building a gun turret and mining the building by hand,
• Assembler building a gun turret and deconstructing the building with bots.

In all cases, the input materials to in-progress work were lost.

This is not a big issue for an assembler building transport belts or pipes. But I wanted to move my first centrifuge by a few spaces, and losing the first 40 U-235 in the game is a huge price to pay for it.
