UPDATE: Further testing has confirmed that this is definitely connected to mods.

Firstly I disabled the mod Picker Equipment Keys and this caused "Toggle equipment movement bonus" to appear in Controls->Game as it should be. And it works fine in-game.

This still left the section Controls->Mods->Base mod containing duplicates of all the newly added keys (eg "Make new blueprint", "Make new blueprint book" and "Toggle personal roboport") as shown in this screenshot.

Then I tried disabling all mods and this duplicate section also disappeared.

So it seems one of the remaining mods (maybe another Picker mod) is causing this keybinding duplication. I assume it will go away as the mods update to reflect changes in 0.17.10+. And in the meantime there's no remaining gameplay effect as all the new keys work.

If I'm correct that the problem is caused by mods and not anything in the base game, this report can be closed.

Original report:

The awesome new shortcut bar hotkeys are appearing strangely for me on 0.17.10.

Platform: macOS 10.14.1 Mojave
Game: 0.17.10 standalone, in-game upgrade from .9

Under Settings->Controls->Game I have:

Then under Settings->Controls->Mods->Base mod I have:

So all are duplicated under Mods->Base mod, except for "Toggle personal exoskeleton" which only appears in this latter category.

It appears that only the entries under Game are functional, the ones under Base Mod do not work, including Toggle Personal Exoskeleton. So I seem to have no way of triggering the new Toggle Personal Exoskeleton shortcut.

Could this be an issue related to mods? I am running a modded game, with the following mods installed:
