[posila] [0.17.8] Steam cloud syncing UI scale

I play Factorio on two computers, one with a 4K monitor, the other with an HD monitor. As such I use two different values for the UI scale (200% and 125% respectively). Whenever Steam syncs my saves/config and I move to the other computer the UI is either very big or very small, and I have to set the UI scale back to my desired value for that computer.

So far this has happened on all versions of 0.17 I've played. It possibly goes back further, but I haven't played earlier versions on my 4K monitor.
