[Twinsen] [0.17.7] Personal Laser doesn't always show animation

[Twinsen] [0.17.7] Personal Laser doesn't always show animation

I have 6 personal lasers in my Power Armor MK2 and small biters just drop dead when they get near me without the laser firing which doesn't feel very awesome, expected to at least see something occurring (may have nerfed evolution too much for this map lol).

Odd that i still remembered discussion from years ago:

So the attack damage is done on the first frame of the animation,
If the biter dies from that one attack, the rest of the animation won't play, so it looks like its not making the beam
So while it's propably not bug it could be improved. Something like minimum time that laser would always display could be added. Say at least 3 frames.

I changed beam lifetime logic a bit. Their shooting is now delayed by 1 tick, so they will always be on screen for at least that long.

Fixed in Version: 0.17.39, along with other issues related to beams.
