[0.17.4] Crash when taking control under character with "hand placeholder"

Bug appears when switching between characters and one of them hold something in hands

Steps to reproduce:
-two players join to server
-one of them take any item in hand
-swap their characters with "/swap-players Player1 Player2"
-when player remove item from hands (e.g. with Q button) "hand placeholder" still in inventory
-when player try to take something in hands, game crashes
