PROBLEM SOLVED: Settings -> Graphics -> Advanced -> Full color depth was turned off
I opened the game and started a singe player.
As I started moving the character in some direction, the background starts to get red stripes shown in the picture bellow.

Before:
After going around via pressing W A S D:
After clearing the screen(via zooming) and only going left and right via A and D:
Notes:
- Also the same experienced in multiplayer
- Mipmap doesn't show the bug
- There were no errors popped up while I started the game
- While I move the red of the bug appears darker(possibly because of resolution)
- There isn't any noticed problems with other textures
- If I zoom in or out the bug dissapears, but if I start moving again the same happens
- The screenshots that are taken in game via the `/screensot` command aren't showing the bug.
- In the previous versions with the same setup there bug is not present.
- If a distorted part of the biom texture is out of the screen the problem dissapears(see the edge of a.png)
Things I tried:
- Changed `Texture compression`
- Changed `Atlas texture size`
Excuse me for my grammar.
