The problem is most obvious around coastlines, but it happens with various other tile transitions as well, including concrete floors.
I tried the following, to no avail:
- Disabling GPU accelerated (mipmap) compression, as suggested in another bug report. Made no difference.
- Restarting my system. Made no difference either.
- Force the use of OpenGL. The game then fails to start, with the following error message: "Failed to create OpenGL context: Could not create GL context: The operation completed successfully.".
- Updating to 0.17.2 and then to 0.17.3. Again, no difference.
