[0.17.2] PvP Scenario causes crash in DrawEngine when entering map view during reroll

When rerolling a map in the PvP Scenario, the screen will turn black and a progress bar will appear between the time it takes to start a new map generation, and provide the map. During this time, pressing the M keybind or clicking on the minimap will cause the game to crash. Log is attached.
