[Dominik][0.17.2] Pipe flow sound too loud when placing pipe into flowing fluid network

When placing a pipe into a fluid network with fluid already flowing, the sound of high flow is exaggerated and quite loud for a very brief period of time. This overpowers any other sound in the game.

I have attached an image with an example. Placing a pipe between the two boilers (highlighted by the circle) results in water flowing into the top boilers. It almost sounds as if the water is flowing too fast, much faster than in 0.16. I believe this is causing the really loud sound.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. It was due a wrong calculation of flow statistics.
