[0.16.31] LTN error while running event (upon load)

[0.16.31] LTN error while running event (upon load)

I have a long-running game with lots of saves. Once the update 0.16.31 auto-installed, the most recent one (including those that worked yesterday) started failing at load with the message :

Error while running event
LogisticTrainNetwork::on_tick(ID 0)
__LogisticTrainNetwork__/control.lua:1384: bad argument #0 to 'get_merged_signals' (Wrong number of arguments.)

I have the savefile (over 50mb) kept if you want to take a look at it.

Running on Windows 10 home with current updates. LTN version is 1.7.5 (am filing a bug report there as well)
