[Rseding91] [16.30] science tab crashes the game

i experienced this on hardmodded + softmodded Mylon's server. Several other guys experienced similar problem on Mylon's softmodded server.

1. something happens
2. game crashes
3. entering the same server brings you science tab and game crashes again unless you are able to close science tab fast enough.

I suspect that step (1) consists of switching between different techs in the science window when something else happens simulteneously. tech advancement tooltips look broken after several switching and further switching crashes the game.
