[0.16.19] Unable to export blueprint string

[0.16.19] Unable to export blueprint string

When opening a blueprint and trying to export to string, the button doesn't actually do anything. No pop-up with the blueprint string in there opens. This happens on vanilla, no mods beside the base mod enabled.
