[16.16] UI not displayed when clicking Rocket Silo

What I did - Clicked on the Rocket Silo
What happened - No UI appeared.
What I expected - The rocket silo UI to appear.

No mods are enabled. This save was single player.

In the attached save, I cannot interact with the rocket silo. Or more precisely, left-clicking on it does not display the rocket silo UI. I can still mine it via right-click. Additionally, after left-clicking on the rocket silo, in order to open the character screen or an assembler's UI, I must first "close" the non-visible UI (press escape or 'E'). However, I do not need to exit the UI in order to interact with the car.

I'll also note that if I pickup and then place the Rocket Silo back down, it works as I expect. (Thankfully, as I was on the final push to finish up There Is No Spoon).

Never fails... double check everything except the important part...

Thanks for the report.
It should be fixed in 0.16.17.
To fix it on your map, mine the silo and place it again.

It was caused by placing rocket silo ghost from blueprint before rocketry was researched.
