When opening the Blueprint Library (B) and searching for a certain blueprint, interacting with a result (right click to preview for instance) and then closing the preview will reset the search results and display every blueprint again. The search text is still in the search box and you'll have to add or delete characters to get filtered results again.

The filters should stay / be reapplied automatically when returning to the blueprint library window (probably only when not closing the window though).
