[kovarex] [16.14] Game crashes when loading a previous 0.16.X save

Hey,

Whenever I load up this save from 0.16.12, the game immediately crashes. I can still revert to 0.16.12 and the save will load but if I attempt to load it on x.13 or x.14 it won't work.

The current mods I'm using are:

Bottleneck
FARL
Long Reach
Nanobots
Outpost Planner
PickerExtended
PlannerCore
Rampart
Recursive Blueprints
Resource Spawner Overhaul
Squeak Through
Upgrade Builder and Planner
Vehicle Wagon

I've tried disabling all the mods and the game still crashes.

EDIT:

I added another attachment with no mods enabled for .16.14
