[Rseding91] [16.13] Buffer chest don't supply players

- Requesting blue UG belt
- Lot's of bot available (only one used for others things)
- Standing next to a buffer chest with 50 blue UG belt (have only 31)
---> Nothing happens. (if i blueprint concrete on floor, then construction bots will get concrete from buffer chest)
Tried to replace roboports, didn't changed anything, same for replacing buffer chest

History of versions :
16.7 -> 16.12 -> 16.13

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.

In the meantime you can work around it by entering these two commands one after each other in the console:

Ran the command in multiplayer with a buddy of mine on 16.13 and immediately crashed. Logs attached.

We are noticing severe issue with one of our nuclear setups. Requester chests are empty, while passive provider chests are full. Map attached. Teleport to -900, -345 and watch the system go into a death spiral as robots just stop delivering water to the requester chests.

I also got a crash when trying to execute the command on a multiplayer server. Both client and server crashed.

Buffer chests don't supply anything to the player, obviously.
