How to produce;
- Select a server from list
- Press down arrow for a while.
What happens;
- Scrollbar on the list flickers between start and the current list position
- When release the down arrow, it stops on the top.

it is true that this list behaviour is cumbersome. Thanks for the poke about it
I have fixed this issue, but it is still kinda jumpy, which is caused by the list update logic. That is a more complicated issue I will not dive into right now. The scroll should be much better though.
