[Win7 0.16.3]slow auto saving (campaign) then crash.

i'm playing level-03 level-02 of new hope. i noticed the auto save taking a long time. 10+seconds
the third time it stopped responding. i hit ctrl+alt+del to check CPU usage and factorio crashed.

win7, package version of 0.16.3

i saved the factorio-current.log, restarted. none of the auto saves load. pegs one core to 100%

[edit]loaded a previous manual save. the auto saves are slow again.
loading an auto save takes a long time but seems to work.

This is fixed for 0.16.5

(You will have to start the level again)
