We are experiencing continuous desync with Factorio 15.38.
I launch a Multiplayer LAN game, my friend connects and starts downloading the map, a couple of seconds after that the desync occurs.
If I interact with the game (moving, unzooming) the desync occurs instantly, but sometimes the desync occurs without me even interacting with the game (so a couple of seconds after my friend joined).
If we wait, the same process starts over (map download, then desync), so we are unable to play together on 15.38.
I am on Windows 10 (1607), he is on macOS Sierra 10.12.6. We play vanilla Factorio.
If we both rollback to Factorio 15.37 then we can play the same save just fine.

Thanks for the report. The windows 15.38 was corrupt during the release process. We're working on figuring out how it happened before we release 15.39. In the meantime we recommend you down-grade to 15.37 stable.
