I use the mod https://mods.factorio.com/mods/Nexela/PickerExtended with setting "Hide Mod Names" enabled.

0. Go to mod settings and set "Hide Mod Names" - on, apply, restart game
1. Start new campaign "New Hope" - Level 4
2. Enter the car
3. Go diagonally left-down until you are at the iron mining drill
4. Hover your mouse cursor over the underground belt at the left of you.

Disabling the "Hide Mod Names" makes the crash disappear.

Reproducable: always.

The log is recorded for 0.15.28 but the issue is still present in 0.15.29.
