[Rseding91] changing item filter does not update last_user

I was playing a game with a soft-mod version of the Ore Chaos mod and someone kept changing the filter inserter settings. Since this does not update the last_user, we had some great difficulty determining who the griefer was in a server of 20+ people.

To recreate:
Place a filter inserter.
Have a second player change the filter inserter settings (either modifying directly or using copy-paste from another entity).
Observed behavior: Last-user shows the player that placed it.

Expected behavior: Last-user is updated to the person that changed the filter-inserter settings.

Thanks for the report. I fixed the inserter so setting the filter updates the last user. Copy-paste already updated it.
