Team Not Anti has had some problems with multiplayer connection errors lately. Some people will simply get a "server not responding" error while trying to join the game.
We think the problem is some of our players *cough*CountyCupid*cough*XenoCyber*cough* having very large blueprint libraries. The game will try to sync these blueprint libraries to everybody connected to the server; it seems that while they are being synced between players already connected to the server, new players will have trouble joining the server.
We found that if we all slowly got connected a few at a time the first time, and there got the blueprint libraries synced to all the players, then the next time we all joined a game there were no connection problems.

This should hopefully be fixed in 0.15.20. We're also planning to do some more optimisations to this in the near future.
