[0.15.18] Coal Icons

There seems to be an inconsistency with the icon for coal when carried by robots.

When a robot carries coal from a provider chest, the coal icon has a yellow/orange background. When a robot carries coal from a belt after using a deconstruction planner, the glowing background does not appear - as shown in the screenshot

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug, but I couldn't find any other reports and thought I would report it.
