Steps to reproduce:
1. Host this save in multiplayer:2. Wait a few seconds for the roboport to run out of energy.
3. Invite a friend to join.
4. Desync!

Your rocket_pm_r was my primary big test for multithreading and belts optimization, now this perfect small test, thanks

P.S: I particularly liked cloud background over darkness when you hover roboport with mouse.
