[Rseding] [15.16] GUI Logistic networks scrolls slider incorrect shown

Dear Factorio staff/members,

I'm playing Factorio on MacOS version 0.15.16.
When opening the GUI for the Logistic networks in my save file I think I encounter incorrect GUI behaviour.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• 1: Start factorio on Mac in Windowed modus and with green button at top of window go Full screen modus from MacOS (my resolution 2560x1440). (Image_1)

• 2: Load save file attached and press "L" to open GUI Logistic network. (Image_2)

• 3: Select network #2 from list with items tab. (Image_3)

• 4: See the Slider graphic not shown properly. (Image_4)

These are the necessary steps to reproduce the graphical issue.

When you exit the full screen modus with network #2 still open in the items tab, the slider is shown correct. (Image_5)

I can confirm the issue on windows in 0.15.17:

In fullscreen:

1. open a relatively empty logistics network (be in one, so its default)
2. switch to a network with many contents

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.15.
