There seems to be inconsistency between documentation and actual behavior of random numbers generated from generator.
Currently 1 parameter version rolls [1, N] (docs say [0,N) ).
2 parameter version rolls [N1, N2] (docs say [N1, N2) ).
Please correct the docs or the code.
