Map Editor doesn't allow items to be loaded into boxes
When using the Map Editor, I have attempted to enter items into boxes, chests, and warehouses(mods). The menu loads in the map editor to select items, but as you click on various objects (inserters, belts, other boxes, etc) nothing is "grabbed" as normal. This has been tested on old and new maps with the same results.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.15.
