Since 0.15 science has been ordered by sciencepack requirements.
This doesn't seem consistent. The marked science in the attachment should either be at the start of red/green/black or at the end with the others, but not just inbetween.
Sometimes its confusing.

It is not technically a bug, as it only takes into account the most expensive science pack, and then other criteria.
But as it makes more sense this way, now it takes all science pack types into account when sorted, so even when the most expensive is the same, other can affect the sorting.
