[Klonan] [0.15.10] Belt madness lvl3 not cleared properly when over

When finishing level 3 ("narrow bridge, how can 3 belts pass?"; attached save) it is supposed to be fully cleared for the next stage (where the red belts are introduced), but some part remains:
