No mods, but I did use two mods before. After it was removed, day got stuck. Not much difference.
Description
I was landfilling a water and didn't connect to nearest alien base. I decided to attack alien with flamethrower and realized that alien won't respond to me and they just do nothing. Spitter won't come. Very strange AI.
Note:
I was afk for 20 mins while trying create this topic. Then alien attacked me, there is 1 bitter and 2 spitter.

Well, they can't get to you, so there isn't much they can do. I fixed the crazy direction changing, though. So I guess fixed in 0.15.22.
