I tried to pull 1-to-6 splitter blueprint out of blueprint book in my inventory, and that desynced everyone on the server. That happened twice in a row.

I have the same problem.
Everytime I take any blueprint out of any blueprint book a desync occurs. It happens exactly when I click on the blueprint. The books contain blueprints for rails, trainstations and assembling machines.
It was possible before to take blueprints out of the books.
I'm playing together with two friends. One of my friends hosts the game.
We started the map with version 15.

Thanks for the report. I've found the cause of the problem. It's something we've been hunting for a while now (since 0.13.0) so thanks for the report
