[0.15.9] Crashes when loading old modded save file.

[0.15.9] Crashes when loading old modded save file.

I didn't think this would work, But I tried to load my previous save that contained a bunch of mods into an unmodded 0.15 game and I got a crash when I tried to load the save.

The steps I did to create this crash were,

1.Factorio has no mods currently installed.
2. Start the game up normally. (from steam)
3. Load the old 0.14.22 heavily modded game.
4. Get a crash while loading the game.

I can reliably repeat this bug using those steps. And this happened with another older save as well.
Attached are the log files that were generated when I tried to load these saves.
